Murphy & Chung is a firm of chartered accountants in Scarborough, Ontario. The team handles tax planning and audits for businesses and not-for-profits across the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario.
The firm treats each client relationship as a partnership. We designed a wordmark and a standalone symbol, then put them on business cards and a tote bag.
We set the two names in a charcoal serif and stacked them, with a gold ampersand joining Murphy to Chung. We treated the ampersand as the partnership in the name and also drew it as a symbol on its own. On the tote bag we flipped the colours and printed the wordmark in white on gold.
