Little Otter offers online mental health care in the United States for children and their parents. Its clinicians work with the whole family, from toddlers to teenagers.
We drew 28 illustrations for Little Otter, one each for 27 states and one for Washington, DC.
Each illustration starts with the outline of a state filled in a single soft colour. Around it we placed local animals and landmarks in the same flat, hand-drawn style. California gets redwoods and a spouting whale. New York gets the Statue of Liberty and a smiling apple. We kept the palette and line weight the same across the set, so all 28 sit together on one page.
